Todd D. Arnold Member of the Year
Nominate an Outstanding Member for Recognition
Members who are involved in the programs and services of BOMA St. Louis provide a substantial and positive impact on the association. With this in mind, BOMA St. Louis developed an awards program to honor those members who have contributed to our association and their profession.
This is your opportunity, as a BOMA member, to nominate someone who has been invaluable to BOMA St. Louis . . . a Member whose service, commitment and leadership has had an influence on you and the Association. Who has left a mark on BOMA? Who has made an impact on you?
Nominating Process
Any current BOMA Member may submit a nomination for either a Principal or Associate (or both!) using the form below and explain why your candidate should receive the Member of the Year award.
Individuals may nominate themselves, a co-worker, vendor, or anyone who is a member in good standing with BOMA St. Louis.
The Arnold Award Judging Committee, comprised of the Board of Directors and Past Presidents Council, will review nominations and determine if there is a suitable candidate for Principal Member of the Year and/or Associate Member of the Year. Nominations are due by November 6.
Winners will be announced at the Annual Holiday Party & Awards Presentation.

Who was Todd D. Arnold?
Todd Arnold was a young real estate professional when he joined BOMA in 1993. Todd was Vice President with Follman Properties, and it didn’t take him long to make his presence felt among BOMA members . . . he was elected to the Board of Directors in May 1993 to replace a resigning director.
As a board member, Todd continued to make a difference. He chaired the 3rd annual golf tournament in August 1994 and moved the tournament from its original location to the one we know today – Whitmoor Country Club. In making the move, Todd paved the way for BOMA’s new, budding annual event to become the premier industry event it is today.
Todd continued on BOMA’s board and was selected by the Executive Committee to become Treasurer in 1996. Unfortunately, Todd was not able to fulfill his term due to his sudden and tragic death on January 9, 1996. Todd suffered a heart attack, leaving his wife, Patti, and three children.
Those who knew Todd will not, and do not, easily forget his easy-going nature, humorous disposition and his genuine concern for others. Nor do we forget his energy, drive and commitment to making BOMA St. Louis stronger and better for its members each and every year.
Following his death, the BOMA St. Louis Board of Directors created the Todd D. Arnold Award not only as a gesture to remember Todd, but to recognize a BOMA Member who may have had an outstanding year within the Association and shown tremendous energy, drive and commitment to making BOMA St. Louis stronger and better.
